Exness is moving its mobile measurement platform (MMP) from AppsFlyer to Singular for app campaign tracking. Follow this guide to migrate your account and get your new tracking links without delays.
Does this apply to me?
- If you drive traffic to Exness via an MMP: You must migrate to Singular. Follow the steps in this guide to obtain new tracking links.
- If you use Personal Area links: No action is required. Your current setup remains unchanged.
Step 1: Create a Singular account
Apply for an account directly with Singular here: https://requests.singular.net/partnership_application
Select the partner type that fits your model:
- Media Source: Select all relevant answers if you are a direct traffic source.
- Agency: Select this if you manage traffic for multiple sources or partners.
Note: If you need to connect several media sources under one entity, select Agency and request agency-level access during the application.
Step 2: Submit your migration details
Once your Singular account is ready, contact your Partner Relationship Manager or our support team. We need the following details to complete your setup:
- Entity name: The exact name of your Singular entity. (For Agency accounts, list all media sources under it.)
-
Traffic source description: Be specific. We cannot approve vague descriptions.
Please include:
- Names of the media sources and their websites.
- Agency account only: Proof of media source ownership (eg. screenshot of active account dashboard)
- Traffic types (e.g., programmatic, in-app, CTV).
- Expected volume and your targeting approach.
- Names of the media sources and their websites.
Why specificity matters: We need to understand exactly how you attract clients. Incomplete information will result in your request being declined or returned for clarification, which delays your migration.
Example of good submission:
|
Entity name: Agency Moburst
Traffic source description:
Proof of media source ownership: Screenshots of active Moloco and Unity Ads dashboards attached Verdict: This submission has complete details. For agency accounts, always include proof of ownership for each media source. |
Step 3: Get your tracking links
Once we receive your details, our team handles the full technical setup—including postbacks and attribution rules.
We will send your new tracking links directly to you. No further action is required on your part.
